UI Design
DealerCenters UI was dated, not full width and had many features buried away in sub tabs making certain areas very hard to navigate.
Working directly with DealerCenter users to isolate which areas of the product are being used the most and make those prominent within a certain category. Improve the visual of the platform and simplify the entire user experience.
Product Pricing
DealerCenters pricing was hard to navigate and often required a call to a salesperson who would negotiate the price with the customer. There was no simple way for a user to purchase a subscription without picking up the phone or filling out a long form.
Create a new pricing section on the website that showed products are cards with bullet point headings and links to learn more directed to category pages and a cart style checkout solution that allows customers to select the various packages and add them to their cart to see their monthly total.
DC Nation
Old CMS system was dated and often went overlooked as a marketing tool, I designed and built a custom CMS site on Hubspot and migrated all content over to the new, simple to navigate content site.
Website Overhaul
I cataloged all of DealerCenters web pages, these consisted of various product pages, checkout/pricing pages, a support platform and an events page.
I created high fidelity designs and made prototypes to present to senior management, once there was alignment we presented to the development team for execution.
Video Assets
A diverse series ranging from marketing to explainer videos, crafted to elevate the Sports Bridge brand and educate users on the platform.
